Warranty

Dog Cages - All Dog Transit Boxes for supplied for non-commercial use are covered by our non-transferable 10 year structural warranty. This warranty covers the main body of the box against structural failure (during its intended use for the transportation of dog/dogs), removable central divider (if fitted), hinges, door locks, Exclusions are Failure due to, Accident/Impact Damage, Internal rubber matting/plastic trim, Powder coated finish (guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase), Damage caused by hanging items from or dogs chewing Mesh/Doors.  During the warranty period defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The cost of returning such items for warranty work will be solely at the expense of the customer. TransK9 USA, Inc. pays for repaired/replaced items back to customer. 
 

TransLock Storage Drawers - The warranty period on TransLock Storage Drawers is 24 months. Exclusions to this warranty are failure(s) due to damage from accident/Impact, internal rubber matting/plastic trim, powder coated finish. During the warranty period defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The cost of returning such items for warranty work will be solely at the expense of the customer. TransK9 USA, Inc. pays for shipping repaired/replaced item back to customer.

 

Airflow Fans - Airflow Fans warranty extends to 12 months from the date of purchase including all components. Exclusions are failure due to chewing, damage from accident/impact, inappropriate removal of 12 volt plug resulting in damage to internal wiring (pulling plug from cord). During the warranty period defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The cost of returning such items for warranty work will be solely at the expense of the customer. TransK9 USA, Inc. pays for shipping repaired/replaced item back to customer.

Returns

We think you'll love your new TransK9 product and we guarantee all boxes recommended and shipped by us, will fit the intended vehicle. Due to variable sizes and shapes of dogs, and varying customer preferences for their space, we do not guarantee fitment of dogs. We will make every attempt to assist in the decision by providing additional photos of various dogs in boxes and advice and opinions but in no way does this constitute a guarantee of fitments for your dogs. Customer is responsible for ensuring the box size is suitable for their dogs prior to purchase. Returns due to dog fitment or change of mind will be accepted for exchange or refund if the request is made within 7 days of delivery and only if the product(s) remain unused/undamaged and returned with the same packaging. If original packaging is not available, customer is responsible for ensuring the box is safely packaged and arrives to TransK9 USA, Inc. in new/sellable condition. If unsure how to package, call us and we will advise. Returns will be refunded or replaced within 14 days of receipt to TransK9 USA, Inc. LESS ORIGINAL AND RETURN FREIGHT COSTS. Any item found to have been modified, tampered with, incomplete or showing signs of damage/wear caused by use or poor return packaging, will not be refunded. If replacement item cannot be shipped within 14 days, TransK9 USA, Inc. will refund cost of product. If using your own carrier for return, it is your responsibility to claim compensation with the carrier if the return is lost or damaged in transit. No refund will be given until the item(s) returned have been thoroughly inspected by TransK9 USA, Inc.
